Tianjin FUREN Strip Co., Ltd. is a large-scale steel rolling and metal surface treatment enterprise affiliated with Tianjin FUREN Group. Located in the North Ring Industrial Park, Jinghai District, Tianjin, the company occupies a site of 76,848.4 square meters, with a total building area of 38,408.62 square meters. Its main facilities include three primary cold-rolling production workshops, as well as an acid pickling workshop, a tin-plating workshop, an air compressor station, a boiler room, a protective gas station (featuring an ammonia decomposition unit and an ammonia decomposition workshop), a waste acid regeneration facility, a wastewater treatment plant, and a water supply pump house.

Company Strength
The company currently operates one 400,000-ton shallow-tank turbulent push-pull pickling production line, equipped with three sets of HC1100 reversible rolling mills and 1450 rolling mills, delivering a combined annual production capacity of 300,000 tons. Additionally, it boasts two complete sets each of a 300,000-ton annealing-capable bell-type bright annealing lines, longitudinal slitting lines, tension-leveling and straightening units, and high-precision CNC grinding machines. The company also features comprehensive auxiliary facilities for power distribution, water supply, gas supply, heating, and wastewater treatment. With its state-of-the-art equipment, the company is capable of producing 200,000 tons of high-precision cold-rolled thin sheets and 100,000 tons of electroplated tinplate annually.
