Job Qualifications:
Education: High school degree or higher
Work experience: At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or production-oriented company; prior experience in the steel rolling industry is highly preferred.
Other requirements: Between 22 and 40 years old, in good physical health, of good moral character, willing to endure hardship and work diligently, proactive in handling tasks, and equipped with strong awareness of production safety.
